Trays

Our alloy trays are designed and manufactured right here in Smeaton Grange, NSW.

We design all our Trays and canopies through CAD Drawing in-house. These designs are then put through to a CNC plasma machine. This will laser cut the designs, then move on to be press folded and both Tig and pulse Mig welded ready for sanding and paint or powder coating.

All our trays are interchangeable, in the sense that if you buy a setup for a Ranger, then in 2 years upgrade. Just come back and see us for a mounting kit to suit your new car and it’s that easy.

We can do a basic flat tray with sides.

All the way to our full kit, comprising of the Tray with side, Stainless steel fittings on the sides, tapered rear box’s (on dual cabs) 1200mm water and dust sealed trundle draw, flared mud guards and a 30L poly water tank in the headboard. All come complete, powder coated in Texture Black.

All setups include any sensor and radar relocation. We can also option colour coded doors as well.
