Half Alloy Canopy
Our half canopies are designed to allow you the security and protection a canopy brings, while still giving you the use of your tray. All our canopies are built with 3mm alloy, meaning you are a getting a light weight canopy without compromising strength. We design our canopies in house with the use of many skills. We have a large CNC plasma cutter which cuts all the sizes from the CAD drawings, we have an alloy press giving us millimetre precision in the folding and construction process of your canopy. We use a combination of tig and pulse miged welding, it is then sanded back and paint or power coated for a perfect finish.
We use whale tail compression locks so you can have the confidence to know your gear is secure and protected. We have recently upgraded our hinges to an aluminium bullet weld on greasable hinges.
Our ¾ canopies offer the perfect balance between tray access and secure storage, giving you more covered space than a half canopy while still leaving room for items like bikes, spare tyres, or jerry cans. Built from durable 3mm alloy, these canopies are lightweight without sacrificing strength or structural integrity.
